Lynn NIchols has been a runner for over 20 years and a certified fitness coach and yoga teacher. She will explain why metabolic resistance training will increase your stamina and help you run faster. Lynn emphasize what muscles are particularly important to your running performance. EPOC, or excess post exercise oxygen consumption is important t to understand how your body can change when adding this to your fitness regime.
